Tuesday Breakfast

Had chia-pudding that tasted like Christmas and two of my homemade gluten free, dairy free, sugar free and egg free wraps filled with almond butter and natural quark this morning!

For the chia-pudding I used:

  • 2 dl almond milk
  • 3.5 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Cinnamon
  • Ginger bread spice

-> Start the night before and mix it all in a jar with a lid and put in the fridge. After 1-2 hours, take it out and stir and then put back in the fridge. The next morning, take it out, pour over to a bowl and add your toppings!

My toppings today was fresh blueberries, pumpkin seeds, mulberries, gojiberries, roasted almonds, walnuts and almond butter!

This breakfast is all paleo friendly if you just skip the quark as filling for the wraps!
