A better backattack

Had a great back session at the gym this afternoon! The energy was on top and I felt stronger and were able to increase the weights in some exercises! This is how my workout looked:

  • DB single-arm row
  • Cable lat-pulldown superset with
  • DB bent over flies
  • Cable row superset with 
  • Back extensions on ball
  • Cable narrow lat-pulldown superset with
  • DB rear raises
  • DB row

I did 6 sets of each exercise and about 10-15 reps on each so it took about an hour to go through all these exercises!
