Had a great leg/butt workout with Lina again this afternoon. We tried to focus a little more on the butt than legs this time. These are the exercises we did:
- Squats with barbell 6 sets
- Straight Deadlift with barbell 4 sets
- Abduction&Adduction 4 sets
- TRX single-leg squats 2 sets
- Sumo Squats with kettlebell & Sumo Deadlift with kettlebell
The whole workout took about an hour and I can for sure expect some soreness tomorrow again! But that’s how we like it!
