Leg/Butt workout with Lina!

Had a great leg/butt workout with Lina again this afternoon. We tried to focus a little more on the butt than legs this time. These are the exercises we did:

  • Squats with barbell 6 sets
  • Straight Deadlift with barbell 4 sets
  • Abduction&Adduction 4 sets
  • TRX single-leg squats 2 sets
  • Sumo Squats with kettlebell & Sumo Deadlift with kettlebell 

The whole workout took about an hour and I can for sure expect some soreness tomorrow again! But that’s how we like it!


Played a little with Chins and pull-ups afterwards:)
