Bean pasta with a beef pasta sauce

Mum made a really good dish for lunch today! The original recipe is taken from Gourmetmorsan, but she changed it a litte!

This is what you need for 4 portions of the pasta sauce:

  • 400g lean beef (cut in small pieces)
  • butter for the pan
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 garlic gloves mashed
  • 250g mushrooms
  • 5 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 5 dl soy-creamer
  • salt and black pepper (and cumin)
  • one handful fresh parsley

-> Fry the beef in the butter until it gets a nice color and then take off the heat. Fry the onion, garlic, and the mushrooms in the pan. Add the tomato paste and the soy-cream. Add spices and let boil on low heat for 5 minutes. Then add back the beef and let boil for a few more minutes. Serve with the bean pasta, steamed broccoli, and a fresh salad!
