Gluten free Protein Waffles

First time in a long time I ate waffles today! I had a long day with my first day at the summer job followed by an hour spinning, but then to come home to homemade and warm waffles with fresh fruit and berries was pretty amazing!

This is how you make the waffles for 2 persons:

  • 1 mashed banana
  • 2 dl gluten free oats (mixed to flour)
  • 2 dl soy-milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 scoop protein powder of your choice (we had natural today)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 tesspoon vanilla powder
  • a sprinkle of salt

-> Mix everything in a bowl and then fry in a waffle iron in coconut oil. Serve with for example fresh berries, cottage cheese and walden farms syrups!
