Homemade Gluten free Granola

I have posted this recipe before but I still make a new load of this granola probably once or twice a week (yes I’m addicted!) So i will post it again since it was a long long time since last time.

This is what you need:

  • 6-8 dl gluten free oats
  • 1.5 dl sunflower seeds
  • 1 dl pumpkin seeds
  • 1 dl sesame seeds
  • 1 dl coconut flakes
  • 1 dl chopped almonds
  • 1 dl chopped walnuts
  • 1 dl chopped cashews
  • 1 dl flax seeds
  • 3 tablespoons rapeseeds oil
  • 3 tablespoons hot water
  • 3-5 tablespoons raw honey
  • Some cinnamon

Then just mix everything and put on baking paper on a baking tray. Put in the oven on 175 degrees C for about 30 minutes. But stir after every 10 and take a look to see that it doesn’t burn.

And what’s important to remember is that you can use whatever nuts and seeds you like or have at home, it’s easy to vary it if you’d like! It’s also possible to use coconut oil instead of the rapeseeds oil.

And I always sprinkle some extra coconut flakes and raw honey at the end before putting it in the oven.

The granola is gluten free, dairy free, and free from added sugar!

Because it’s what I like and prefer to do when I’m off from work. I value being active and good food a lot!
