Had a real vitamin boost for breakfast today. Oatmeal topped with everything colorful I could find!
- 1 dl gluten free oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2.5 dl water
- 0.5 shredded zucchini
-> start by putting the oats, chia seeds, and water in a pot for 2-3 minutes. Then turn on the heat and bring to boil on medium-heat. Squeeze out the water from the shredded zucchini and add to the pot. Stir well! Add cinnamon and stir until creamy. Take off the heat and pour over to a bowl. Add your favorite toppings!
Today I topped my oatmeal with Sharon fruit, raspberries, mulberries, gojiberries, and bee pollen. I also had some coconut/almond milk on and watermelon and kiwi on the side!
