This is one of my absolute favorite breakfasts because it’s 100 % paleo-friendly, easy to make and really filling! I have posted the recipe before but since I make it almost everyday I thought I’ll post it again.
Oatless Oatmeal (1 portion)
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1/2 dl almond milk
- 1/2 dl egg white
- 1/2 shredded zucchini (squeeze out the water)
- Cinnamon + gingerbread spice
-> Mix everything except the zucchini in a pot. Stir frequently. When it starts to boil add the zucchini and stir. Take off the heat when it’s creamy after 1-2 minutes. Add toppings of your choice. Today I had fresh blueberries, raspberries, and a lot of almond butter from MyProtein!
I also had a kiwi and a glass of water with msm powder from Helhetshälsa on the side.
