Gingerbread Cinnamon Zoats

A super easy alternative to the traditional oatmeal. The gingerbread spice makes it feel a little like Christmas! 

Ginger Bread Cinnamon Zoats

  • 1.5 dl gluten free oats
  • 2.5 dl water 
  • 1/2 shredded zucchini 
  • 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

-> Put everything in a pot (don’t forget to squeeze the water out of the shredded zucchini) turn the heat on medium-high. Stir frequently and reduce heat when it starts to boil. Stir and let boil until creamy. Serve with your desired toppings. Today I had raspberries, blackberries, kiwi, more cinnamon, and almond milk.

This oatmeal is 100% gluten free, dairy free, low fodmap diet and free from added sugar!
