I had a bunch of ripe avocados and bananas at home so I decided to experiment a little and prepare my breakfast for the next day. I ended up making a super easy jar of overnight oats and flavored it with cacao and chocolate stevia drops to make it more delicious. Almost like a dessert!
Chocolate Avocado Overnight Oats (1 person)
- 1 dl gluten free oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 2 dl water
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao
- 7-10 drops stevia chocolate flavor
- 1/2 zucchini, shredded
- 2-3 tablespoons almond-butter
- some cacao-nibs
-> Start by putting everything except the cacao-nibs, zucchini, and almond-butter in a blender. Blend until smooth. pour over to a jar (that you can close), sprinkle over some cacao-nibs and stir. Put the lid on and put in the fridge over night. Take out in the morning and add the shredded zucchini and the almond-butter and stir. I heated mine up in the microwave 1 minute, but you can eat it either warm or cold! Then add your toppings! This time I topped it with more almond-butter, blueberries, mulberries, and gojiberries!
