(Oatless Oatmeal) Cardamom + Peanutbutter = True

Made my favorite oatless oatmeal today for breakfast and added some cardamom to mix it up a little. I also picked up a package from MyProtein yesterday with 2 big jars with crunchy peanut-butter so I was in heaven this morning! Will see how many days those jars will last… probably not for very long hehe.

Oatless Oatmeal with Cardamom

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 1 dl water
  • 1 dl egg whites
  • 1/2 zucchini, shredded
  • cardamom & cinnamon

-> Start by mashing the banana in a pot, add the rest of the ingredients except the shredded zucchini. Stir frequently. When it starts to boil, add the zucchini (squeeze out the water first). Stir frequently and let boil on medium heat until creamy. Take off the heat and pour over to a bowl. Add a TON of crunchy peanut-butter, some frozen raspberries and what else you like to have for toppings and ENJOY!

My toppings today was: crunchy peanut-butter from MyProtein, crunchy peanut-butter from Fitnessguru, frozen raspberries, mulberries, and gojiberries.

  The flavors of cinnamon, cardamom and peanut-butter is amazing! You have to try it! 

The oatmeal is paleo-friendly, just switch the peanut-butter for almond-butter to keep it 100% paleo. The whole meal is gluten free, dairy free and free from added sugar!
