Prepared a chia-pudding last night to have for breakfast today, but I decided to add some egg whites for extra protein and shredded zucchini. It ended up being such a volume so it didn’t even fit in my big breakfast bowl hehe.
Fluffy Chia-Pudding (1 portion)
- 2dl almond milk
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds from Alivefoods
- 1 teaspoon maca powder from Alivefoods
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 dl egg whites
- 1/2 zucchini, shredded
My toppings today:
- Crunchy peanutbutter from MyProtein
- Natural peanuts
- More cinnamon
-> Prepare the chia-pudding the night before. Mix the almond milk with the chia seeds, maca powder and cinnamon in a jar with a lid. Put in the fridge over night.
In the morning pour the chia-pudding in a bowl and add the shredded zucchini and some peanutbutter. Stir and put in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Whisk the egg white hard. And then add to the warm chia-pudding. Add your desired toppings. ENJOY a fluffy and filling bowl of oatmeal/pudding!
