A perfect Sunday morning so far, started with a 40 min walk and got home and made myself a fresh yellow breakfast. I had some slices of my homemade gluten free and dairy free banana bread I baked yesterday, a fresh smoothie and two perfectly boiled eggs. I also had a glass of water with MMS powder for an extra boost!
Mango Smoothie (1 glass)
- 1/2 banana
- 2 dl frozen mango
- 1 tablespoon maca powder from Alivefoods
- a small piece of fresh ginger
- 2 dl almond milk
- some bee pollen for topping
-> Just put everything, except the bee pollen in a mixer and blend until smooth. If you want it thicker, take a little less milk or if you want it more rinny, add more milk or some water. Pour over to a glass and sprinkle some bee pollen on top.
