This might be the best smoothie I’ve ever made. It’s both a little sweet, sour, and very refreshing!
Mango-Ginger Smoothie (1 glass)
- 1 banana
- 2 dl frozen mango
- 1 tablespoon Maca powder from Alivefoods
- 3 dl water or milk of your choice
- a little piece of fresh ginger
- bee pollen for topping
-> Just put everything in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour over to a high glass and add some bee pollen on top. ENJOY!
I had this smoothie for breakfast together with a glass of MSM powder and Chlorella powder from Alivefoods, two boiled eggs, a kiwi, and some pieces of dried ginger. A real health boost to kick-start this Friday!
This smoothie (and the whole breakfast) is 100% paleo, gluten free, dairy free, free from added sugar and low fodmap diet.
