Chocolate Oatless Oatmeal

Started my Saturday with this chocolate dream. Absolutely one of my favorite breakfasts. Easy to make and healthy!

Chocolate Oatless Oatmeal (1 person)

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons chia-seeds from Alivefoods
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 1/2 dl water or milk
  • 1/2 dl egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder from Alivefoods
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder from Alivefoods
  • 1/2 zucchini, pealed & shredded

-> Start my mashing the banana in a pot, add the rest of the ingredients except the zucchini. Stir frequently and bring to boil. When it starts to boil, squeeze out the water from the shredded zucchini and then add to the pot. Continue to stir for a minute and take off the heat. Pour over to a bowl and add toppings.

My toppings today was crunchy peanutbutter from MyProtein, mixed frozen berries, natural peanuts, cacao nibs, chocolate pudding made from Fitnessguru OneCasein Double Rich Chocolate flavor.

To make tha chocolate pudding, take one scoop casein and whisk with a little water. Add a little water at a time, be careful not to add too much. Until it’s a smooth cream. Put in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes and then add on top of your oatmeal!

This oatmeal is paleo-friendly, the whole breakfast bowl is gluten free, dairy free, and free from added sugar.
