Banana, Raspberry & Coconut Ice Cream 

Tried a new recipe for today’s breakfast, and it was both super easy and quick to make. My breakfast bowl was filled with homemade and healthy banana, raspberry & coconut ice cream and then some coffee latte quark from Lindhals and a big big spoon of almond butter. 

Banana, raspberry & coconut ice cream (1 portion) 

  • 1 large frozen banana (remember to freeze it peeled and in chunks)
  • 2 dl frozen raspberries
  • 1 dl coconut milk

-> Mix everything in a bowl with a stick blender until it’s all pink and like ice cream. 

I ate mine with 250g quark with coffee latte flavor, a lot of almond butter from MyProtein, mulberries and gojiberries from Alivefoods and some cacao nibs on top! DELICIUOS! 

   
 
This ice cream is 100% paleo and work good as a snack, breakfast as well as dessert! Just choose the toppings you prefer!
