Even though different smoothie recipes are so simple to come up with and experiment with I have to share this one with you all. This absolutely adds on my favorite list of smoothies! It tasted almost like a summery milkshake.
Berry Smoothie (1 glass)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1.5 dl frozen strawberries
- 1 cm fresh ginger
- 2-3 dl almond milk (or any other milk you prefer)
- 1 dl water (you can add more milk instead)
- 1.5 teaspoons Nordic Berrymix from Alivefoods
-> Just put everything in a blender and mix until smooth. If you want it more creamy you can add some more banana (not frozen) or quark or something.
What makes this smoothie so delicious (and healthy) is the Nordic Berrymix. It includes extracts from blueberries, cranberries, lingonberries, sea buckthorn (havtorn?) and blackcurrant.
This smoothie is 100% paleo, gluten free, dairy free and free from added sugar!
