Ginger Berry Smoothie

Needed a really fresh start of this Wednesday and the best way for me is a delicious sweet but sour smoothie! Gives me some spring/summer feelings! On the side I also had two perfectly boiled eggs and a kiwi.

Ginger Berry Smoothie (1 high glass)

-> Just put everything in a blender and mix until it is all smooth. Add more milk if you want to fill it out more and make it more liquid, add instead more banana or some quark if you want it thicker. ENJOY!

  This smoothie is one of my favorite ways to start the day when I want to be a little extra healthy and get a fresh start. If you want it to be paleo, just exclude the protein powder, it is still as good!
