Tried another new recipe this morning for breakfast. The combination of the healthy berry ice cream, the chocolate pudding and the almond butter is perfect! This portion is also very rich in both protein and healthy nutrients!
Chocolate Casein Pudding (1 portion)
- 30 g chocolate casein from Fitnessbutiken
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder from Alivefoods
- 90 g water or milk
- 30 g eqq whites
-> Start by mixing together the casein, cacao powder and water. The add the egg white and whisk until fluffy. Mine didn’t become as fluffy as I wanted it to so next time I will try to whisk the egg white by itself first and then turn down in the casein mix. I also put the mix in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes before serving it.
