Put together three favorites this morning. First I made my healthy raspberry-banana ice cream, which is super easy (takes maybe 2 minutes?) and is absolutely delicious! Perfect now when it’s spring and almost summer time! Then I made a new type of chocolate fluff and then I of course added a whole lot of almond butter and superfoods on top!
Chocolate fluff (1 portion)
- 0.75 dl egg white
- 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder from Alivefoods
- 1 teaspoon carob powder from Alivefoods
- 5-6 drops stevia chocolate from Alivefoods
-> Start by whisking the egg white hard. Then turn carefully down the rest of the ingredients. Serve together with the healthy raspberry ice cream, almondbutter, mulberries and gojiberries both from Alivefoods as well! Delicious!
