Green Smoothie

One of my number 1 advice now when the days are getting shorter and the darkness is taking over more and more is to do what you can to health-boost your body. Many people often get tired, unmotivated, and lack some sort of nutrients during the fall/winter time.

Therefore, I would recommend except trying to be outside for at least 15 minutes in the light each day, and eat and exercise well overall, also to make this green smoothie (or similar ones) to help to get all the nutrients for your body each day!

Green Smoothie (1 glass)

  • 1 large rape banana
  • 1 dl frozen mango
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 2 dl coconut water
  • a small piece fresh ginger
  • juice from 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 scoop green powder supermix (a mix of spirulina, chlorella, maca, wheat grass, broccoli, spinach and more kinds of superfoods!)

-> Just put everything in a mixer and blend until smooth. Pour over to a glass and sprinkle some bee pollen on top. Enjoy!

This smoothie is paleo-friendly, free from gluten, dairy and added sugar!
