Tried a new recipe yesterday, experimenting is always exciting. Sometimes it turns out well, sometimes barely eatable and sometimes just perfectly delicious. I was very doubtful about this bread until it was all done because the dough looked very odd compared to what I had thought. But it turned out great! Easy to make, healthy and delicious, so try it out!
Protein Vanilla Carrot Bread (1 loaf)
-> Turn the oven on 180 degrees Celsius. Start by washing the carrots then grate them. Use a mixer for all the seeds and mix them into a flour. Then add the carrots to the flour and mix/stir well. In a separate bowl whisk the eggs. Then pour over the eggs, add the protein powder and salt into the shredded carrots and flour mix. Stir well, I used my hands to make sure it got well blended.
Cover a bread form in baking paper and press out the dough. Put in the middle of the oven for about 60 minutes. Make sure it’s not too sticky in the middle when taking it out.
I ate this bread with natural almond butter on top. SO DELICIOUS!

This is for sure a recipe I will do multiple of times more. Perfect for any chocolate-lover who likes/wants to eat healthy. Easy and quick to make!
Raw Chocolate Cake
- 200g nuts (I took half walnuts and half cashews)
- 120g pitted dates
- A sprinkle of sea salt
- More nuts or fresh berries for topping
-> Start with the bottom and mix the nuts, dates and sea salt in a mixer until it’s like a dough, some pieces are ok. Put some baking paper at the bottom of a cake-form and press out the dough. Then put the rest of the ingredients in the mixer and mix until a creamy chocolate mousse. Spread out over the bottom layer and put in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Take out and add some chopped nuts (I used walnuts) and/or fresh berries on top. Fresh raspberries would be a perfect combination!
This cake is 100% gluten free, dairy free, free from added sugar and lchf, vegan and raw food friendly.
Always fun to try new recipes, especially when it turns out great!
Chocolate Maca Almond Rawballs (12 balls)
-> I used soaked almonds (put them in water for at least 2-3 hours). Start with mixing the almonds and dates in a mixer. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix until it’s all well blended but it can be some pieces, it just makes it taste better and makes it crunchier. Then form them into balls. If you want you can roll them in coconut flakes or chia seeds but I like them without any topping. Put in the fridge for about 20 minutes before eating. ENJOY!
These raw balls are 100% free from gluten, dairy and added sugar!
A real health boost to kick-start the day with! Turmeric is good in so many ways, for example its anti-inflammatory.

-> Put all the ingredients in a mixer and mix until no pieces. Pour over to a glass and enjoy!
