Mango Ginger Rose-hip Smoothie (2 glasses)
- 2 large rape bananas
- 3 dl frozen mango
- a piece of fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon rose hip powder Superfood365 from Gooddays
- a little juice from a lemon
- 3 dl coconut milk or coconut water
-> Put everything in a mixer and blend until smooth. Pour over to a high glass and enjoy!
