Finally I got home a package with blue spirulina to try out! And it’s true! It actually is both tastier and obviously much cooler than the normal green one.
This is the first recipe I tried to make with the blue spirulina powder AND success!
Purple Nice Cream (1 portion)
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 dl raspberries (next time I will try to switch 1 dl to frozen blueberries)
- 1 teaspoon blue spirulina Rawnice from Starkvegan.se
-> Just mix everything in a bowl with a stick blender and then pour over to another bowl and add toppings! Today I topped with crunchy peanut butter, kiwi and gojiberries. Delicious!
This breakfast/snack/dessert is 100% free from gluten, dairy and added sugar. It’s also vegan and Rawfood.
