Chocolate & Hazelnut Cream

There are few things that are better for toppings than different types of nut butters. Therefore, I decided to try a new kind and to make it all by my self. Totally a success and so simple! 

Chocolate Hazelnut Cream (1 jar)

  • 300g hazelnuts 
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder Superfood365 from Gooddays 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 1 dl coconut oil
  • A sprinkle of sea salt

-> Turn the oven on 175 degrees C. Put the hazelnuts in the oven for 10-15 minutes, keep an eye on them so it doesn’t burn. Take out the nuts and let them cool down a little. Then rubb the peak off. Put all the ingredients in a mixer/food processor and blend until it becomes a smooth dough. If you want the nut butter crunchy stop mixing when there are just small pieces, otherwise if you want it creamy, keep mixing! 

This nut butter is 100% free from dairy, gluten and added sugar. Also paleo, lowcarb, lchf, vegan and if you want it raw food just skip roasting the hazelnuts!
