Workout!

Today’s conditioning was not too bad. I started with 7 minutes jogging on the treadmill and then some arm, legs, abs and treadmills intervals. #1 ARMS: 5 tricep pushes with sandbag, 6 military press with sandbag, 10 kneeling medicine ball throws to partner.
